Sufi Breathwork
10am-12pm
Join Rose Aslan for a journey of the soul and body into Sufi breathwork. This workshop is designed to guide you through some basic practices of breathing techniques inspired by Sufi teachings helping you connect deeply with your innerself and the Divine.

Henna and the Spirit
12-2pm
Join Medina Trevathan for an immersive ceremony meeting the spirit of the henna plant. Exploring its rich history, and the spiritual dimensions of how our ancestors engaged with this sacred plant. How can we, through engaging our beings with this plant, also engage our spirit with the Beloved?

Reflecting Rahma
2pm-4pm
You will be introduced to the concept of Rahma (Compassion) in the Quranic context and how you can begin to draw upon it for inspiration in your daily life. We will create a sacred and safe space for sharing and sisterhood, using embodied movement and breath practices as we explore our deep essence as women.
